Okay, first things first, there are two big corrections.
- - Ms. Hart, in Post-SCrash Session 3: Spectators of the Host
Ms. Hart is the Music and, later, Math teacher of Portal High School. Her main strength is being able to explain the topic of the lesson in fast rants while she draws even faster.
She is the main subject and the narrator of one chapter of Post-SCrash Session 3: Spectators of the Host, Intermission 2: Script for Vi Hart.
Biography[]
Her intermission briefly tells her backstory. She was a student of Portal High School with Mr. Sanpe as her Math teacher, and later studied at university; however, her university education "totally sucked" and did not grant her any job opportunities, making her resort to living her life as a performer.
Vi Hart first appears in Spectators of the Host when she is spotted by Principal Business Man while performing a hand dance, accompanying "Taco Warner"'s song of all numbers above 0, in City of Portal High School Centre of Culture. Principal Business Man, after watching the show for long enough with Janet Roberts and co., decides that Vi Hart would make a good Math teacher of Portal High School; however, Mr. Sanpe is displeased with this development, and she becomes the Music teacher instead, becoming known as Ms. Hart.
At school, Ms. Hart is the subject of Damned Librarian's distractions, and instead of explaining the lesson, one time she has to watch how the romance between Skepness Man Beauregarde and Chell Junor Roberts develops.
Ms. Hart is briefly mentioned in The AG 1991 Premiere of Inside Out as the Math teacher, having replaced Mr. Sanpe in AG 1984. However, he was brought back during Principal GLaDOS's rule, and after his death, Ms. Hart doesn't get her job back, as Logic Editor becomes the Math teacher in her stead, and is the last Math teacher of Portal High School before its disestablishment.
